Health Guarantee

Good for 6 Months From Signed Date

To the best of my knowledge at the time of sale, your new puppy is in good health.   You have 72 hours from date of transfer to take him/her to a licensed veterinarian of your choice.  This will be done at your own expense for a health examination.  If the puppy has heart problems or any life threatening conditions you may bring the puppy back to me for a full refund of the purchase price within one week of purchase.  You must have a signed statement from the licensed veterinarian that examined the puppy stating the life threatening condition.  Worms, fleas, small umbilical hernias caused by the dam tugging the cord during whelping are not reasons to bring back.

The breeder assumes no responsibility for this puppy after leaving the premises including medical expenses, mortality or any other reason. You have a 6 month warranty on serious heart, liver, kidney conditions and dysplasia not associated from poor diet, neglect or unnatural causes.  If your puppy has one of these said life threatening conditions you will need a signed statement from the licensed veterinarian stating the condition and the process in which the veterinarian conducted to diagnose the problem.  The puppy will be brought back to me, with the statement and I will take the puppy and statement to my licensed veterinarian for a second opinion.  You will give me up to one year to produce another  puppy of the same quality, color and sex unless otherwise agreed on by all.  I will have a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian for the exchanged puppy.  If I have the same puppy of the same quality, I will give him/her to you as soon as possible at 8 weeks of age.

This guarantee does not cover what in the French Bulldog or Boston Terrier breed is considered normal: cherry eye, elongated soft palate, pinched nostrils, tracheal colapse, repatella luxation, demodectic mange, skin allergies and obesity.

All items covered in this contract are for replacement only.  We do not give refunds.

As of transfer date, the puppy has received proper vaccinations and wormings.   The buyer has been informed of these and of future vaccinations and wormings due.

This guarantee does not include Coccidia or Geardia.

No replacement puppy will be given if the puppy has been bred, spayed, neutered or euthanized without permission of seller.

The returned puppy must be returned in good condition other than the specified problem at the expense of the buyer.

This guarantee applies only to the original puppy only and is nontransferable to a second party.

This contract is null and void if the terms and conditions are not fulfilled.

It is further understood and agreed on by all the warranty and representation has been made with respect to the puppy you have purchased except as set forth in writing in this agreement.
